Project management certifications

The project management program certifications also know as project management  professionals , are the credentials offered by “ the Project  Management Institute “ to those who pass the certification examination . To obtain your project management certifications you must obtain the documentation between three to five years of experience , working in project management , complete a 35 hours  training related to project management and to score the necessary percentage on a multiple choice written examination .

Here are the six performance domains you must focus on and the percentage necessary:

1. Social and professional responsibility ( 9% )

2. Closing the project ( 9% )

3. Initiating the project ( 10% )

4. Controlling and monitoring the project ( 21% )

5. Planning the project ( 23% )

6. Executing the project ( 27% )

The exam is made out of 200 multiple choice questions based on those performance domains , and the percentage represent the number of questions from each domain .

Well most employers , such as commercial , government or other organizations , want to hire people who they know they are up to the task , in order for them to increase to success rate of their projects in order for them to cut down on their budget loss . -High school diploma with 7,500 hours or 60 months , related to project management 

-or a bachelor`s degree with 4,500 hours or 36 months , related to project management
